COVID INFORMATION

Currently our plan is to host the meeting LIVE, IN PERSON at Cal Poly State University in San Luis Obispo as we would prefer to meet in person. However, due to the evolving changes in the COVID situation, our committee will confirm final plans by Feb. 7 (in person vs virtual). We advise participants to hold off on purchasing airline flights until we can confirm CSPP 2022 will be an in-person meeting.

To make the meeting safe for all attendees in the face of continuing COVID threats, we will:

  1. Require all attendees to be vaccinated will need to show vaccination card at field trip bus or registration desk or proof of a negative COVID test 48-hours before the start of the meeting.
  2. Require masks to be worn at the meeting, except when presenting and eating/drinking at conference breaks/meals or evening social.
  3. Ask participants to take their temperature with an infrared thermometer we provide and complete a health attestation form (see example below) at the registration check-in on site.

Health Attestation Form (will be provided at the meeting for your signature):

1.  I am currently NOT experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 including a fever, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, sore throat, runny nose, aches, or tiredness.

  1.  I have NOT been in close contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 10 days.
  2. I have taken my temperature today and confirmed that it is 100.3°F or lower.
  3. I am aware that I must wear a face-covering as required by local jurisdiction.
