Parking Instructions
For the participants of the Conference, including the AgOps tour, our designated parking lot is #13. Each morning we will have a parking attendant at that parking lot handing out permits from 7:30 am to 9:30 am. Participants that arrive later will have to pick up their parking permit at the Kiosk University Ave/West Campus Drive. Street signs will direct them to parking lot 13. Do not park without a ticket, even for a short time!
Conference participants that will arrive late afternoon to attend our social/dinner at 205/206 Winston Chung Hall need to pick up their parking ticket for lot 13 from the kiosk near the University Ave Campus entrance. There will be signs from parking lot 13 to guide you to the building (short walk). Let me know if anybody needs assistance and we will have transportation available. Registration and social will start at 5:30 pm.
Same procedure for the following days. There will be somebody in parking lot 13 for about 2 hours (7:30 am – 9:30 am) with permits; late arrivals need to pick up the permits at the kiosk. Signs will guide participants to the Genomics building. Lunch on Wednesday will be served just outside the meeting building on the Entomology patio (or inside the Genomics building if necessary).
