Martin Stoner Memorial Student Scholarship Competition for the virtual 2021 Conference on Soilborne Plant Pathogens, March 23-24, 2021.
Normally, we would offer $500 travel scholarships to The Conference on Soilborne Plant Pathogens. But due to COVID, we will be doing our meeting virtually this year. However, we will still have a student presentation competition with three prizes: 1st prize $500, 2nd prize $250, and 3rd prize $100.
To enter into this competition, students should send:
- 1-2 page summary of your graduate research
- A tentative title of the 10-15 min talk you will present
- A letter of recommendation from your major professor.
Once we receive the applications, we will schedule the zoom presentation on the first day, March 23. Talks will be judged by a committee, and the winners announced on March 24.
The deadline for application is January 31, 2021.
